❓ Voice isn't working
Voice has two halves and either can fail depending on your device:
- Mic → text isn't supported in every browser.
- Reply → speech works in most browsers.
Try: a different up-to-date browser, granting microphone permission, and checking your output isn't muted. Full details on Voice.
❓ "My friend signed up but I didn't get referral coins"
Referral rewards don't unlock the instant a friend registers — they only kick in once your friend has been active for a little while. Give it some time. See Referrals.
❓ "Where did my Peep go?"
A Peep that was never saved can be removed once its temporary chat is pushed out. Always save the chat to keep a Peep. See Chat Slots.
❓ "My coins reset"
Monthly allowance coins reset each cycle and don't roll over — but purchased coins never expire. See PeepCoins Explained.
❓ "An image came out wrong"
Tweak your tags/weights (see the Prompting Guide) and recover coins with Image Retry Tokens.
❓ "My image or video generation failed"
It happens occasionally, for all sorts of reasons. First, just try again — most failures are one-offs. If it keeps failing, contact support.
❓ Refunds & billing
Refunds are handled case by case. Recently subscribed with little usage is usually eligible; heavy usage usually isn't. Subscription upgrades are prorated. See Subscription Plans.
