Delete Your AI Peeps Account

1. Deleting your account yourself

Open your user panel (tap your profile picture in the top bar), scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm once. The deletion runs immediately: there is no waiting period and no cooling-off window.

The same steps work in the Android app and on the website, with the same account and the same result.

2. If you cannot sign in

If you have lost access to your account you can still ask us to delete it. Send us a request using the contact form, from the email address the account was registered with, or write to admin@aipeeps.com. We will verify that the address matches the account and complete the deletion within 30 days.

3. Deleting only part of your data

You do not have to delete your account to remove your data. Each of the following works on its own, from the app or from the website, and takes effect immediately.

• Chats. Open My Chats, select a conversation and choose Delete Chat. The conversation and its entire message history are removed. You can also delete several chats at once from the same list.
• Images and videos. Open Creations, select the items you want to remove and choose Delete. This works for every image and video on your account, and several can be removed at once.
• Peeps. Open the profile page of a Peep you created and choose Delete. The character and everything attached to it are removed, including from any chat it appears in.

There is no bin and no recovery period: anything deleted this way is gone permanently. If you would rather ask us to do it for you, write to admin@aipeeps.com from the address your account is registered with, and we will action the request within 30 days.

4. What gets deleted

• Your account, your profile and your sign-in credentials.
• All your chats and their message history.
• All NSFW images generated on your account.
• Your PeepCoin balance, including any coins you had bought. They are not refundable and cannot be recovered afterwards.
• Any active subscription is cancelled as part of the deletion.

5. What stays, and why

• Peeps you published and the images that belong to them. Other people chat with the characters you shared and they remain part of the site, but they stop being connected to you: your account is gone, so nothing on them points back to a person any more.
• Payment and invoice records. We are required to keep these for accounting and tax purposes for as long as the law prescribes. They are not used for anything else.
• A one-way record of your email address. When an account is deleted we store a salted, irreversible hash of the address, together with the date the account was originally created. It cannot be turned back into your email and it is never used to contact you or to profile you. Its only purpose is to stop the same address from collecting the new-signup bonuses over and over by deleting and recreating an account. If you sign up again with that address you get your account back as a normal, existing account rather than as a brand-new one.

6. Your rights

Deleting your account is one of the rights described in our Privacy Policy, which also covers access, rectification, portability and the other rights the GDPR gives you. You can exercise any of them by writing to admin@aipeeps.com.
